Terms of use
Last updated: 27 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and [Registered company name] for using the Studogram app and website. By creating an account you agree to them, to our Privacy policy and to our Community guidelines.
1. Who can use Studogram
- Studogram is for students and educators in India.
- If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must approve your account and agrees to these terms on your behalf.
- You must give true information, especially your date of birth. Accounts with false ages may be suspended.
- One person, one account. Keep your phone and OTPs to yourself — you’re responsible for activity on your account.
2. What you post
- You own the reels, notes, doubts, answers and comments you create.
- By posting public content you give Studogram a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, show, recommend and promote it inside Studogram and in Studogram’s own marketing, for as long as it stays on the service. Delete it and the licence ends (except copies others legitimately saved or that we must keep by law).
- Only post content you have the right to share. Don’t upload other teachers’ or coaching institutes’ material, paid courses or leaked papers.
- Everything you post must follow the Community guidelines. Content is checked by AI and people, and may be held for review, hidden, age-restricted or removed.
3. Things you must not do
- Post anything that isn’t related to learning, or that’s harmful, sexual, hateful, violent, or bullying.
- Contact or try to meet minors, ask for personal details, or move conversations off the app.
- Share exam papers before an exam, help cheat, or sell answers to live exams.
- Spam, scam, advertise without permission, or impersonate anyone.
- Scrape the service, misuse AI features, attack our systems or get around safety features.
- Break any Indian law, including the IT Act, 2000 and the IT Rules, 2021.
4. AI features
AI features (note refining, flashcards, hints, solutions, scanning) are study aids. They can be wrong, so check important answers with your textbook or teacher. Don’t use them to cheat in tests or assignments that don’t allow it. We may limit how often AI features can be used.
5. Verified educators and creators
We may verify teachers and show a badge. Badges can be removed if the information was false or the guidelines are broken. Creator earnings programmes (such as the Creator Fund) will have their own terms when launched; until then, nothing in these terms promises payment.
6. Paid features
The core app is free. If we offer paid plans (such as Studogram Plus), prices, renewal and refund terms will be shown clearly before you pay.
7. Suspension and deletion
We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts that break these terms or put others at risk — immediately for serious harm, especially to children. You can appeal by emailing support@studogram.com. You can delete your account any time; see Delete your account.
8. Our service
We work hard to keep Studogram available and accurate, but we provide it “as is”. Content is posted by users; we don’t guarantee it is correct or complete, and we’re not affiliated with CBSE, NTA, or any board or exam. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it (or ₹1,000 if you paid nothing).
9. Reporting and complaints
Report content in the app or write to our Grievance Officer, [Grievance Officer name], at grievance@studogram.com. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days, and remove content that is unlawful as required by the IT Rules, 2021.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will tell you in the app before important changes take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at [City] have jurisdiction.
