Delete your account

You can delete your Studogram account and its data at any time. Parents can also ask us to delete their child’s account.

In the app

  1. Open the Profile tab
  2. Tap Settings (gear icon)
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm with an OTP

No access to the app?

Email us from any address with your username and registered mobile number. We’ll verify it’s you with an OTP before deleting.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile: name, username, photo, bio, date of birth, class and subjects.
  • Your reels, doubts, answers and comments.
  • Your private notes, flashcards and timetable.
  • Your follows, likes, saves, views and notifications.
  • Your mobile number and login, and any parental-consent record.

When

Your account is hidden immediately and deleted within 30 days. Encrypted backups are cleared within a further 30 days. Changed your mind? Log in again within 30 days to cancel.

What we may keep

  • Records we are legally required to keep, such as reports about harmful content or responses to legal requests — only as long as the law requires.
  • Anonymous statistics that can’t identify you (for example, total number of views on a topic).
